What is the cost?

It varies according to length and location. Consider a course of lessons as a lifelong investment in training yourself to prevent long-term problems and to enhance your enjoyment of life right now. An initial one hour’s assessment is required, after which an individually-tailored package is discussed with you. The goal is to make you independent of your teacher.

Some medical insurance companies will fund the cost of your insurance.
